"The Cellar" - Temperature Controlled Our new shop premises in Durham St North corner of Chester St West has three times the space for "The Cellar" compared to the old premises of “Santa Barbara” in Victoria Street. The Cellar is our temperature controlled room which is maintained at 14 degrees Celsius and is used to cellar our premium and older vintage wines. Customers are invited to visit the shop and inspect our "The Cellar" for the perfect gift of wine or to select a special bottle or two for personal drinking.
