Hemingway Fine Wines' shop location 

We are now in our eighth year of trading and can be found on the corner of Durham St North and Chester St West in the central business district of Christchurch. We are 2 minutes walk from the Crowne Plaza and Copthorne Hotels on Durham St North and only seven minutes walk from Cathedral Square. Coming up to three years in our current location, we were formerly located at the northern end of Victoria St near the Bealey Avenue lights.

Officially, the address is 51 Chester Street West with access available from both Durham Street North and Chester Street West. We have 100 square metres of floor space and are conveniently located next door to 'Coffeesmiths' who are serving up fabulous coffee from 7am on each week day.

Our shop is also very close to the Christchurch Law Courts on the Durham St one-way system that heads south towards the Port Hills. It is easily accessed by car from both the north-bound (Cranmer Sq) and south-bound one-way system via Chester Street West which offers lots of angled parking. 

As well as being in a prime Christchurch location we can say that few wine shops in New Zealand range the wines as extensively as Hemingway. There are between 900 and 1000 different labels to choose from so if you are a label reader, give yourself lots of time when paying us a visit.
