Bishops Head Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2008

This Sav Blanc is barrel fermented and lees aged making a style more layered and complex than the traditional tank fermented, early release style. This one is aged for 8 months on lees, is dry on the finish and drinking quite beautifully. It is rounded on the palate with a slightly creamy finish.
