Cape Mentelle, one of Australia's finest wine producers, is owned by Moet-Hennessy and is the sister winery of Cloudy Bay. Winemaker Simon Burnell will be here in Christchurch this Tuesday, 7th July, and will conduct a special tasting for Hemingway Fine Wines at Eliza's Manor House, Bealey Avenue, at 6:00pm. This is a rare opportunity to taste some of their finest wines, meet and listen to the winemaker, and enjoy some special food matches prepared by Nic Mavromatis of Mediterranean Foods. Eliza's has off-street parking, always has a warm fire going and very comfortable lounge chairs. What more could you ask for in the depth of winter - all you need is the motivation and we'll do the rest.
